Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is organised by Roman's Pizza Zambia ("the Promoter").

The competition runs from 30 March 2026 to 30 May 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

• The competition is open to residents of Zambia only.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of Roman's Pizza, affiliated partners (including Wayne Tech Zambia), and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must:

• Purchase any Roman's Pizza product from a Roman's Pizza Zambia store
• Create an original TikTok video featuring Roman's Pizza
• Post the video on their personal TikTok account during the Competition Period
• Tag @RomansPizzaZambia
• Include the official campaign hashtag #RomansPizzaZambia

• Content must be original and created by the participant
• Roman's Pizza branding or product must be clearly visible
• Content must be appropriate, non-offensive, and brand-safe
• Videos must comply with TikTok's community guidelines
• Multiple entries are allowed; however, each entry must be unique

The following prizes will be awarded:

1st Prize	iPhone 16 Plus
2nd Prize	Samsung S25 Plus
3rd Prize	Pizza for a Year (valued at K199 per month)

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• "Pizza for a Year" is limited to one pizza per month for 12 months
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value if necessary

Winners will be selected after the competition closing date. Judging will be based on:

• Creativity
• Engagement (likes, comments, shares)
• Brand visibility
• Overall quality and entertainment value

The Promoter's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be announced on Roman's Pizza Zambia social media platforms. Winners may be required to:

• Provide proof of identity
• Provide proof of purchase (if requested)

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

By entering this competition, participants:

• Grant Roman's Pizza Zambia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, repost, publish, and distribute their content
• Grant the right to use content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes
• Acknowledge that content may be used without additional compensation

• The Promoter may identify and contact participants for future collaborations or influencer partnerships
• Selection for future opportunities is separate from prize winnings

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Uses fake accounts or artificial engagement
• Posts inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempts to manipulate the competition in any way

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or incomplete entries
• Technical issues on TikTok or internet connectivity
• Any damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation or prize use

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok
• Participants release TikTok from any liability related to this competition

Wayne Tech Zambia is a prize partner only and is not responsible for the administration of the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms & Conditions
• Extend, suspend, or terminate the competition if required due to unforeseen circumstances
